Changing the "All" tab to "Top Results" in the New App Framework

Via Microsoft. They find All a little misleading because only a select few results are displayed.

@Bruce Duffett Can you please let us know, they want to change the name from ALL to Top results by default or they want to display mixed set of content without any limitation in the ALL page.
