Leah from Sodexo stating that she is seeing a lot of user error/resistance against using AI because of having to press in and if press enter while just clicking the button, AI Assistant will not automatically just run
The users have to click into the additional information. Because of this, Sodexo's thought process it that even if it generated a r esponse, it's not captured appropriately in Responsive because they never clicked into the button.
