Allowing users to mark description in between Question and Answer during import configuration..

While importing a Word file (.docx), when we configure the document in the following order (Section > Question > Description > Answer), we do not retain the answer in the response field.

It would be great if we could retain the answers even if we configure the document in this specific order (Question, Description, and Answer).
