Default landing spot for users in the new app framework

Hi Team,

Microsoft brought this up to @Wayne Fidler today when we discussed the New App Framework. They would love to be able to define in their org settings the default landing spot for users when they log in to the new app framework. Currently it takes them two clicks to navigate to the right place.
