Clients need to see a kind of "linked content" affiliation between items in the CCL that are used as Content Reference Tags (CRTs) and where they are being used.
Major Concern: There is no way to see where you're using CRTs. What happens when a Q/A pair owner deletes a pair that is current in use as a CRT? We need an alert or warning to showcase that this item is in use in a Section Template as a CRT, etc.
In the QA pair, we should be able to see a list of where the CRT is currently in use.
Optum needs this in order to fully use Proposal Builder 2.0.
