This request was raised by La Roche Client. The request raised by them was the ability to have a section owner apart from Authors and Reviewers. The role of the section owner will be to assign appropriate authors and reviewers for the questions in that section.
Their RFPs are quite huge and the person who imports the source file finds it difficult to assign authors and reviewers question by question when there are hundreds of sections involved in that project. So, the role of the project creator would be to assign section owners for all the sections and who in turn will be responsible for assigning authors and reviewers.

Hi Janani,
Thanks for submitting the idea. We have Authors and Reviewers for sections. If we have section owners, I think we are increasing the complexity there. Instead, If we request to assign more PPC while creating the project they can take ownership of the sections as well. Please let me know if it works for them. That said, I will consider this for an enhancement if we have similar request from the clients.
