Current Behavior: When mapping documents, the expanded table of contents displays the total numbers of Section & Question fields, but does not display total # of Answer fields associated with Questions. User must click through each individual expanded Section to confirm that each Question has an associated Answer mapped.
Expected Behavior: When mapping documents, the expanded table of contents will display the total Sections, Questions, and Answers across the entire document.
