Q: Can you use AI Assistant in Word, PPT, Outlook, etc in connection with the Lookup plugin? -@Dawn Garrison
A: Currently we do not have it Microsoft Suite. But we have it in our list. However, you can use it in within the Chrome/Edge version of LookUp
Q: While in moderation, Content Managers need to know if AI Assistant was used to write an answer - Is there a way to pass that "robot" signal from Projects to Moderation?
A: Currently, no, but the Product Team is aware of this enhancement request.
Q: Is it possible for the AI assistant to retain any screenshots if they are part of the Q&A pair in the library? - @Andrew Mersman
A: RIght now, If there is exact match from the content library, the AI will retain the images/screenshot. But when generated through AI, the images will not retain. Product has plans to do that.
Q: Are these AI functions only available in a project?
A: No, it is available in the Project and Content Library.
