Current behavior: The recommendation engine provides us with responses based on our question and keyword search; it does not pull results from the documents, but only from the QA pairs that have been uploaded to the content library. For instance, if a document contains information about approval, then looking for approval will return the relevant QA pair rather than the document itself.
Expected behavior: The recommendation engine to go over the document and provide us the appropriate response based on the documents within as well as the QA pair.
