ADP was asking if there is any way to notify users if the content they have submitted to moderation was rejected.
Scenario: Q&A owner reviews content and edits the content. The content moves to moderation. As it stands now the moderator can reject it but the submitter receives no notification. They have no way of knowing that their changes were not implemented.
