Bulk delete specific answer/response header using the excel import

Hi Team,

Please find the user request below

"I have a couple hundred questions that have 2 answers. I want to bulk delete one of the 2 answers that have a specific answer header: "Response". I have exported these questions. How do I edit the spreadsheet so that when I import it back in the Answer with the header: "Response" will be deleted from the pair?"

Please note we were able to do this change "Removing the response header from the answer field in the Content library" by exporting it in a Word file and making the changes and re-importing it but not through the Excel file/export in Excel.

The user said now he has to spend hours updating the word document and then importing it back to the content library.
