Find best practices and a downloadable guide to ensure optimal AI performance and create relevant, effective responses
Hello fellow Responsive Community Members...and Happy Tuesday! I wanted to start a discussion on the AI to share some tips that you all have found in using the feature. At Netsmart we are absolutely LOVING the new feature (so far this quarter it has helped us answer almost 10% of our questions so it is saving us time and allowing us to be more creative with our responses. We've learned some tips with it as well...such as it is very creative with suggestions (example: Jazz it up....or we have 10 seconds to get our point across so what should we say). Pretty cool! What other tips have you found to help enhance the AI experience? @Sarah Biskup @Sue Edward @Christopher Powers can you share some of our findings as well?
AI has been a wonderful enhancement for us! I love using the prompts - I always have the tags narrowed down to just the relevant ones. Then I can add a prompt like, "Write about support hours" and the AI will generate a nice response based on the library content within the tags I have set. It's helpful when I know what I'm looking for, but it saves me the time of having to dig around. It also helps us write more personalized responses for the prospect.
@Andrew Mersman and @Sarah Biskup this is a great thread. So happy to hear you are seeing such great results. I can't wait to hear about how others are using it and if they are seeing great results.
@Andrew Mersman- great topic! @Sarah Biskup - can you share how you are using tags to narrow down the "AI Assistant" Search? Thanks!
@Aurora Nichols Sure! We sell multiple solutions, so depending on the RFP we will propose solution A, for instance, but also want some of our corporate standard content in there, such as support, hosting, security, etc. We did a little tag rework a few months back and basically have specific tags that by default are used on every project. We have the AI Assistant tags set to only the tags that are to be used for that project, so the support, hosting, security, as well as the tags for solution A.
We go into the Project Settings, AI Assistant Filter and we set the tags there that we want the AI to look at. This has kept it clean and led to the AI only pulling content that truly matches the solution(s) we are selling.
I hope that makes sense! Happy to talk or elaborate!
