Here are some great questions that were asked during the session today:

1. How can I audit what reference tags we have and where they are used? Our Engineering team is working on something that will help here.
2. Are Archived items included in the total "live" QA count? They are not. Your Archived folder and active library are separate from one another.
3. What roles can use the compare & merge feature? All roles are eligible to use the compare and merge feature, unless you have a custom role that does not have access to the Content library.
4. Can you archive all QA pairs related to a project? Yes, you can. You would use the search filters from the library and you can use the Bulk feature to archive.
5. If you do need to edit the content reference tag content, where can you do that? You would need to edit the original QA pair that the tag is referencing.
6. Does that mean each Reference Tag is only for one Q&A pair? Yes. Each Reference Tag links back to one QA pair, but you can use that Reference Tag as many times as you like.
