Intake Survey

Good morning! I am writing to see who is out there using or testing the new Intake Survey feature that was just released. I'm curious to see how others are using it and any recommendations you may have discovered. Here at Netsmart... I had @Sarah Biskup test the feature as a way to gather feedback from sales as which products and services we are pitching in the proposal vs sending a word document to sales that is a checklist and having them email that back to us so that we know which tags to set for auto respond and the AI. Looking forward to your feedback!

We put the following suggestion in - It's called Intake Survey. Please vote on it if it's appealing to you!

We'd like to use the Intake Survey in the following use case someday, if possible. When our sales people put in an Intake, we’d like to then send a survey – which is a checklist document where they go in and select which solutions we are proposing with the RFP. Would like them to complete it, and when it’s done be able to save it to project documents and export if desired.

It would be nice if the survey can be saved as a template, or pre-built in Responsive so we don't have to manually upload it every time. @Andrew Mersman

Hey @Andrew Mersman - we are hosting a Coffee Chat on Valentine's Day (haha) on the Intake Survey! In addition to best practices, we will have the Product Specialist on the call - plus a feedback form for suggestions to improve the new feature (@Sarah Biskup!!)
