Adding the ability to sort by 'Project Name'n in the new UI

User has mentioned that they do not see the option in the Content Library to sort by 'Project Name' in the new UI. This option is available in the classic UI.

The client stheobald@calamos.com has reached out to us if they can get the sort by project name feature in the New UI in the answer library
