User needs moderation preferences on question level , and also if they choose "Retain copy of original responses in the Answer Library and move edited responses to the moderation queue" in the organization settings, then he wants to filter the pending moderation items in the Library. so he needs an option "Pending Moderation" in the advanced filter menu.
