When incorporating the answers from recommendation engine or auto respond , metadata display of its source, becomes a proof read for the client. This was an idea suggested by a prospect - Rede Partners.
@sridevi We do have option to view the properties in both auto-respond and recommendation. Screenshot below for reference. Is this what the Prospect is looking for?

Hi @khalees , Apologies , I wasnt notified on the Comment you shared on Dec . Thank you for the follow up here.
The client would like to see the references of the answers post application of answer in the response column , just like how the AI shows . The reason behind this is because, when she is reviewing they can easily see where this answer where pulled from
@Sridevi Sathyanarayanan If the AI Assistant generates content and not direct from the Content Libary, clicking on the icon (arrowed in red) will show the reference document AI used to generate the response.
