Ability to disable import automation from Org Settings

Hi Team,

Randstad is very bullish on this idea, they feel that automarking is not working correctly and that it is instilling users with a false sense of confidence.

Would this be possible?

@Pavithra R looping you in, Rick said you had some information about this. Not sure if it is being tracked in another place.
