This enhancement is on behalf of Rachel Groess of Prime Therapeutics. When we try to freeze filter for a section and then move to another section, the filter resets. Client feels like "It doesn't make sense to me that a freeze would unfreeze. Then it becomes useless"
When I checked with Engineers they've stated that this is the filter's intended behavior and hence the enhancement request.

Frontline Education is looking to have the filters save by section once set. Their proposal team like to pre-configure within project settings, but then also set other sections to different filters or solutions for their SE's to quickly complete the sections. They find that their SE's have a hard time finding the correct answers if they don't do the prework for them. If they are able to pre-assign tags/custom fields etc. and then turn it over to their SE's it would greatly help their workflow.
