Clearlake Capital discovered today that when using Mark Rest as Answer while mapping a lengthy Word document for the Content Library, all of the hard returns were retained and made part of the answer (see screenshot, which is a recreation of this in testing).
This will necessitate a lot of format fixing in the library.
Please consider alerting the client if there will be X amount of hard returns on blank area in a document and if they would like to use other options (manual mapping, updating/formatting the document externally before importing) or if they would like to proceed, with a warning that the Q&A pair will have a lot of blank space in it.
