Display actual content count in Organizational settings

In Organizational settings--->User management--->User profile, the AL content count displayed for any user is incorrect. It includes contents in library+review, counting the same questions twice.

For example, it shows 81 AL contents for the below user. But in library, the user has only 41 questions, and 40 of them are in review. The system is counting them again and displaying as 81 (41+40)

The same behavior is observed with CCL tags as well. The count displayed is not the actual count. It is the addition of the tags in each tab (library, review, moderation) that results in a duplicate or incorrect count.

Let's also confirm whether it's coming from Content Library directly.
