When creating custom reports with project or Answer library module we get only answer ID and not the answer field.
Use case: The reason for needing the answers in a report is that they need both ID, questions, and answer in any API call to make an update to a Q&A pair. The fundamental issue is really that they want to be able to make these call using only IDs and not any other data than the fields that need updating. This will make calls easier and more importantly, would reduce the risk of unintentionally updating questions or answers which would be critical.
