When items go into moderation, there is not a lot of context provided under Activities to show who wrote the content and the date it was written. For content that was edited, there is nothing to show what changes occurred that lead to the content being sent to moderation. All that I can see is the date it was sent to moderation and who sent it to moderation. Therefore, to get context, one must refer back to the original project, open it back up and then drill down to find the specific item. Therefore, if more context/info about the Q&A pair could be provided, when it is sent to moderation, that would be great!
