Currently, there is no option to bulk export the metadata of documents in the content library to make mass changes outside of Responsive - similar to the functionality that exists for Q&A pairs. Bulk updates can only be made inside of the tool. This is cumbersome when uploading a large volume of documents with varied metadata at once, particularly among customers who are migrating documents from QorusDocs/Sharepoint/Ombud. An ideal scenario would be the ability to export the content ID, document name, and any/all metadata fields to Excel, then to be able to re-import the updated Excel file to make those changes.
