We display a pop-up when the file is in draft status, offering the choice between importing a configuration or reverting the configuration.
When users make edits and choose to re-import, they encounter an option: "Create a new section" or "Merge with an existing section." If the "Merge" option is selected and the answered toggle is deliberately turned "OFF," the answers will be deleted. To prevent this, we kindly request that you provide an indication message or leave the answers intact when opting for the merge option. This is important because, without this information, customers may inadvertently experience double work when their answers are deleted.
