One of my clients (Geodis) is struggling with getting extended users to use the tool and complete their reviews. They were hoping for some type of workflow with the email notifications:
IE:
1 week out: You have a review coming up
1 day overdue: Your review is overdue (cc supervisor)
1 week overdue: Your review is 1 week overdue(cc next level up)
This would help alleviate them of some pressure internally and help advocate for proper use of the tool, increase user adoption, and ensure responsive is the "single source of truth"
