We found that the tables inside the PDF have text boxes and we do not support text boxes in PDF and so the contents are not showing up on the import page. We suggested user to convert the PDF to Word and remove the text boxes and then import the file, configure it, answer it and export and check with the results.
User stated that additional formatting options, like text boxes, being rendered in your system would significantly reduce the time needed to covert, configure, and ingest altered files. There is a whole other quality control aspect when messing around with conversions. Separately, the PDF was converted to Excel format, and I've been messing with it's configuration in the platform. Do you all have one-on-one training? I want to ingest live and go over some questions mapping fields.
