Is there a way to export a list of all the owners who need to perform reviews (ie. they have overdue entries to review), and the number of entries they need to review
I don't believe there is a way to export that information, but here are a few different solutions.

You can filter to Overdue content in the CL using the "Review Status" filter and export that selection from the CL. You can then filter and sort the export in excel (or do so from in the library before export too) Because the content is in review, any changes in the excel file will not be applied to the Q&A pairs, though.
