Managing Owners + Review Cycles

Is there a way to export a list of all the owners who need to perform reviews (ie. they have overdue entries to review), and the number of entries they need to review

I don't believe there is a way to export that information, but here are a few different solutions.

If your goal is to alert owners of overdue content, navigate to the Content Library > Insights Report and select Review Overdue. It will filter down your Content Library and you can select the bell icon to notify owners via the platform.
Within the Reports tab, select the Answer Library Report. You can see a high level overview of your overdue content and owners. You can filter by the owner and export as a PDF (it does not list out the exact Q/A Pairs)

Potentially Custom Reporting? Does anyone have ideas on this?

You can filter to Overdue content in the CL using the "Review Status" filter and export that selection from the CL. You can then filter and sort the export in excel (or do so from in the library before export too) Because the content is in review, any changes in the excel file will not be applied to the Q&A pairs, though.
