Client Teladoc is requesting the ability to limit Moderation to only specific users or Collections. The use case is that they have a Collection that requires an additional layer of oversight that can be solved by Moderation, but most of the rest of their library does not require this additional oversight. Because Moderation is an "all or nothing" setting, enabling it will add an additional step & responsibility to the overall admin team.
