Tick marks are used to denote when a reviewer has finished their review, but they are not used to show when an author has finished their work on a question.
@sunitha Yes, having the tick mark indicating who answered the question would help reviewers and admins to quickly know whom to follow-up with if there are any changed required to the answer. We will prioritize if there are similar requests from other Customers.
