Based on user feedback from Hyland #27730
The toolbars take up so much space in the New UI that users can only see 1 item at a time on the search results. Whereas in Classic UI, users can view more than 3 questions which is more convenient.

Thanks for the feedback. We have planned to have more compact cards in the New UI, which will be helpful for users to see more number of content.
