Current behavior: Both QA pairs gets updated with the same owner information if they are related to one another and are subscribed. Any changes made to the QA pair gets notified, however if one owner deletes the QA pair, the other owner is no longer notified when the Subscribed QA pair or another QA pair is deleted.
Expected behavior: A notification on the deleted content would be helpful incase of subscribed content QA pairs
