When viewing user activities in the org settings, there is no information provided about content that has been archived, unarchived, deleted, etc. One can view that a specific activity has occurred, but there is no information about which Q&A pair, the tags, etc. This is problematic if content is accidentally deleted, unarchived, etc.
For example, currently, someone accidentally unarchived content trying to test the system (they were in the wrong instance). However, now I cannot identify what content this person just added back into the library, which was archived for a reason.
