In client words:
The content managers are aware what is 'Not tagged items are of, however, this confuses a end user a lot. Particularly, for the people who come onto the RFPIO, who are not aware about the structuring of the library or maybe who just come as a layman user to just find some content. And when they open this up, expand this and then certainly, they see not assigned. So they get really confused or what is this not assigned? Because this is something which is not falling in any of these categories and it may be falling into some other categories, but that is not an explanation we can give or we can make them understand when they come to use the platform. So is there a way if at least if we cannot get rid of it, at least, can we hire it or somehow it's not visible here?
