I got this request from my customer Genpact.
Currently, one of the limitations is that it ends at one level when we create custom fields in RFPIO, whether it's a document or whatever the custom field. I have a Genpact group where I can create as many custom fields as possible. But now there is no next level to that. So we want a folder structure wherein they can create a custom field inside another if they have multiple levels.
I understand that we can achieve that up to some extent using the different options available in RFPIO, like the tags, collections, and then we can solve that problem using the correct keywords up to a time, we can solve that problem. But then, beyond a point, it becomes problematic. So because people are used to utilizing things like Sharepoint and MS teams wherein they store their data, most of the data is stored on SharePoint, and within that, they are used to the folder structure.
For example: within insurance, I go inside the insurance, then there is a claim. Then there is property and casualty. Then I go into one of the folders and find the content, and within that also, I've aggregated it by a case study or something like that, which we have also done in our up to an extent like we have created asset types wherein people can use that.
