Is it possible to save a video file as an attachment on a Q&A pair? What about as a Document file? Our sales team is interested in video presentations and specifically asked if Responsive can support either now or on the roadmap for near future?
Hi @Shelley Cirone -- Great question!
Currently you can attach files like an mp4 to QA pairs in your content library, although you are not able to embed them as answers and have them play in-line.
If you open a QA pair using the pencil icon in the top right hand corner it will take you to a view where you can attach files. I paced some screenshots below to help point you in the right direction.
