The client wants a bunch of functionalities with regards to clarifications (CQs - as mentioned by her below) under project:

Bulk upload of new clarifications - USE case:
I would see the ability to import new CQs as fundamental RFPIO product functionality. All bidders raise CQs to the customer. The customer then issues responses to all CQS (from ALL suppliers) back to ALL suppliers. We’re averaging around 200 CQ responses per bid (ours may only be about 20 of those). The record number of CQs on a single bid is 800+ CQs this year. Loading each of these individually is incredibly time consuming (2-3 mins per CQ cannot be justified using RFPIO as it stands) – this means reverting to spreadsheet outside of the system.
I would expect the functionality to include:
- The ability to raise CQs when the opportunity is in Intake. CQs/responses are often required to inform a bid decision (functionality does not exist)
- Bid contributors to be able to raise a CQ against a question/section (RFPIO does this)
- A notification to be sent to the Bid Co/Mgr to inform them there’s a CQ that needs to be raised (RFPIO does this)
- The Bid Co/Mgr being able to mark/check-off the CQ once the question has been submitted to the customer (functionality does not exist)
- The ability to bulk upload batches of CQ responses (functionality does not exist)
- The ability to link a CQ (from the CQ tab) back to a question/section (functionality does not exist)
- The ability to tag team members on particular CQs (functionality does not exist)
- The ability to be able to search and categorise CQs e.g all related to the T&Cs (functionality does not exist)
I’d be more than happy to work with your dev team to develop this in a way that reflects real world bid processes.
