Prime Therapeutics would like more granular permissions for RFPIO roles. For example: Only Admins and Managers can bulk “Complete All Sections” or “Submit for Review” all at once.

@Pablo Ojeda At present, users in team member role cannot complete all sections in bulk. Managers and Admins are allowed bulk operations. I am not sure if I am following the request correctly and please correct me if i am wrong.
