Ability to default content to a specific filter

Jaggaer would each user to be able to set their own default filter for the content library. Once the default is set it would open to this filter when they go to the content library. They are aware that they can save filters but want the ability to set them as their default view.

@Pablo Ojeda We have Default filter view now, you can just click on the saved search and make it Default, so that when ever you open the content Library you will get the default filter view. Please find my screenshot for your reference
