Retain/not retain Section Numbers for Excel files as well

Hi Team,

We have a feedback from solohenr+ab@amazon.com of Amazon that they would like the feature of retaining or not retaining section numbers during Import for excel files as well.

Currently we have this option for Word docs- https://clipchamp.com/watch/cx6DmwAjKab

Please see if this can be implemented for Excel documents import as well.
