Right now, the red circles for items in review only show up in the AL page. If you travel to a Q&A pair from related content or by sharing, the red circle will not appear. This is being raised at T. Rowe Price's request and related to Ticket #27948 for more information.

Thanks for the email, I believe you are referring to the past overdue icon, we will look into this and get this fixed.
