Current behavior of the updates in moderation icon button:
When a QA pair is in Review and moderation(scenario)
Edits made when the content was in review which can be seen under the activities in review queue and after editing the response the QA pair moved into Moderation queue but the response edited will be showing only inside the moderation activities. (Edits made in the review and moderation will be shown only in the moderation queue and not in Library, Only after accepting the content in Moderation all the activities will sync and show under the Library). Which is why we see the last edit activity of the content which was made before the content was moved into moderation(means the QA pairs had to under go Review at the same time restricts the activity flow until the moderation is accepted)
I have recorded this behavior for further convenience
"The updates in moderation icon's purpose as received from the team internally: When we retain copy of edited responses in AL and edit the QA pair, the updates in moderation icon will be shown. It is to show the question is in moderation and when we click the icon, it will show the last activity done before moving to moderation."
Evernorth's request: Irrespective of the content edited from Review moved to moderation or not any edits made to the QA only has to be made visible on the updates in moderation icon button and not the edits made on the metadata's, this will allow other users who do not have access inside moderation can view the edits made to the QA pair.
Can we check if there is a possibility for this option?
