I make this request on behalf of my customer "Qmarkets", and this is highly critical for them. Also, this is the ad-hoc request to the support ticket help.rfpio.com/hc/requests/25022.
If there are many solutions in the content library for a single question, our auto responding system currently selects the lengthier solutions, not the accurate match. The system still recognises the lengthy response from another language even if the query is in a foreign language and the appropriate match is available in the library as an additional response.
Can we add language filter to the search engine? so that the system populate the correct match in appropriate language?

Thank for the email, the system always takes the lengthier responses we will consider this for analysis in the future if we receive more votes on this.
