newer format makes it harder to review questions that are assigned to you and shows multiple other section statuses that are irrelevant when your role only covers specific sections. When you click on an email in outlook for a specific question, the new format no longer takes you to that exact question, but shows every single section and you have to go look for the question.

Hi Monica,
Thanks for submitting the idea. Can you please give us the recording of the issue which helps me to understand why it is not redirected to the particular question. One thing I believe we show the whole questions in the project and it filters the question based on the assignment and not redirects to the particular question in the section.

@deepan, I've tried several times to record it in the Enterprise instance, and it works just fine there. Of course it does! I think this is a bug for Evernorth. Do you need me to see if they can send me a video?

Monica, It should work perfectly. If it is not, I would recommend to raise a support ticket. We shall handle it from the support end.
