Include 'Archive' option under Project 'Update Stage' in New UI

Based on feedback from Cloudflare #36969

In Classic UI, while using the 'Update Stage' option from Project Menu, users have 'Archive' and 'Add Tasks' options. They can update the stage and archive the Project in one click.

But in New UI, both options are not available under 'Update Stage'. Users have requested to include them in New UI too. (Refer to attached screenshots)

Hi, Ability to add task and archive in update stage has been removed as it was not been used by most of our Customers. Also, the update stage popup was cluttered with more options and it was confusing for users. In order to have a intuitive experience, additional optional features were removed.

That said, we will consider if we receive similar requests in future.
