Currently, there is no way to bulk subscribe to content multiple Q&A records. You can only subscribe to an individual Q&A record one at a time.
Invesco has inquired about this along with a couple of others.
Hi @Nathan Boone
Thanks for your idea, do you want to bulk subscribe to the QA pairs that are related to QA pair?
Jaggaer is also requesting this functionality. They would like to be able to bulk subscribe translated Q&A pairs.
@VISWA S I would like to discuss this, along with its connection to translation. CCing @Shyam As he was originally involved in the implementation of translation/subscription features. Could you please schedule a time to discuss this?
Jaggaer is requesting this again: "We had a Bid Manager go on maternity leave last Friday. She is subscribed to 2900+ Spanish Q&A pairs. Our Bid Manager is in Spain and will be out of the office for at least 6 months. We hired a contractor and would like to move those subscribed Q&A pairs over for her to manage."
@VISWA S and @AJ Sunder will this be added to the roadmap soon?
@VISWA S the new bulk subscribe feature seems to all short of Jaggaer's expectations. Please see her comment here:
They would like to select several Q&A pairs and have a bulk option to subscribe to all of them. The current update you still have to go question by question.
@manjula FYI. Feedback from bulk subscription content story.
@Pablo Ojeda Thanks for bringing this up, we will discuss with the team and keep you posted on the updates
@sathish s @VISWA S What is the latest update on this?
@Bharath S Myself and @VISWA S have explained the requirement to @manjula
Right now she is working on the design and analysis.
@Pablo Ojeda Regarding Jaggaer's expectation, we have a existing feature to help their request. Please check with the customer if this works for them.Jaggaer's Request: After completing the review for 3000 English Q&A pair(s) the respective French content owner has to be notified about the change so that they can review the changes happened in English Q&A pair and make changes to respective French Content. For this to happen the French owner is unable to bulk subscribe for the English Q&A pairsOur Existing Solution
Step: 1 Enable "Linked Content Subscription Options" from Org Settings to enable auto subscription for content related via translation. This way when a English content is related to French content (Post Translation), the subscription of English content will also be enabled (Post Translation) so that the French content owner will get notified if there is a change in English content.
Step: 2 After translation gets completed in translation queue, bulk assign the French user as a owner to all the French content.
By doing this, French user need to individually subscribe for all the content. Please check whether this feature meets Jaggaer's expectation. FYI @Natalie_Berigan @karthikumar
@Pablo Ojeda - Is there any update from the customer. Can they make use of Proposed solution.
Cloudflare would also like to be able to bulk subscribe to content
