Custom font to help in customizing the font in several places of the document.

We do understand that they are templates and other option to customize the font, however the user is requesting for Custom font during export where they can make few customization in the font and other details on the several part of the document without having to update it outside RFPIO.

Enabling the function of choosing certain custom font as in content header, footnote, bullets while exporting would be beneficial to the user.

As of now it only apply the same font consistently throughout the document.

@sunitha Can you elaborate more on this feedback? Looks like you have copy pasted the Customer feedback as-is which is not clear. I request you to put it in your words elaborating the feedback. This will help product team to better understand the Customer's expectations during first read instead of following up back and forth.

@Khalees V The feedback from the user was not copy pasted, I just added details in the enhancement as per user's request. I understand it was just the use case explanation and not the brief details.

Scenario:

1)user has document with contents that has footnotes, user imports the document in the content library.

2)Creates a project and applies answers to the project's question from recommendation library.

3)Export the content in to the source document, while exporting they require font to be customized.

4)They look for option they believe Custom font would be suitable, they prefer that and select size, font and color for the same.

Use case:

Custom font applies font, color and size consistently throughout the document and does not give access to make changes to parts of the document like foot notes.

User requirement:

If they could have feasibility to use this Custom font feature to add desired font and size and background for footnotes separately.

@sunitha Looks like a niche use case. Based on the discussion we had, their expectation is to specify custom font for selected paragraphs within a response. We can recommend them to format the answers in Content Library in such a way that they don't need to use custom font in project.
