Shareable Link in Review tab in the content Library

In the Classic UI when you are under the Review tab in the content library you are able to still get a shareable link that you can copy and paste or share in a Slack message for example.

In the new UI this functionality was taken away when you are in the review tab and the client says this is essential to them versus using the "Notify Owners" hence they have not switched over to the new UI.

@Steffi Fernandes Please check my below steps works for the client.

1. Filter with the owners
2. You will have an notify owners.
3. User can click on the notify owners and intimate the user to complete the review.
