Add Document to multiple Q&A Pairs

Client Cerberus is requesting the ability to attach a document to multiple Q&A pairs at once. They leverage supporting documentation and it's not uncommon for the same document to need to be attached to multiple Q&A pairs. It would save them time to be able to edit this in bulk.

@Nicole Can this be achieved with maintaining the document library link when attaching documents to Q&A pairs? When maintaining links, our customers can in essence bulk update the document across multiple Q&A pairs.

If the request is specifically about attaching documents in bulk (not updating in bulk), I would like to understand how often they will need this. Seems like a feature that may not come handy very often, or at least cumbersome to use.
