Like we have in Answer library we no longer see a summary of the records updated, records not updated, and total records pop up on the CCL. It now just says “Bulk Update Complete” (see attached screenshot), which takes away from the team’s ability to determine whether records or were not updated through the bulk review process.
Optum's question as to how can knowledge managers determine whether a bulk update applied changes across all selected records?
